Please join us for our Annual General Meeting on June 17, 2026.

Doors open at 6 p.m., meeting starts at 6:30 p.m.
 

Enjoy a light snack and come learn about FireSmarting your property, protecting your water rights and how to register your well, youth volunteer opportunities and bursaries, what we do, and how you can help us continue to operate and upkeep our beautiful Community Hall. We always need volunteers for a variety of events and tasks.
 

We’ll be voting for updated Bylaws and a 2026/27 Board of Directors. You must be a current member in good standing to vote at the AGM. Membership renewals are $20/year per household or $10/year per individual and expire each year in June prior to the AGM. Renewal fees can be e-Transferred to steelheadcommunity@gmail.com with your Bank Confirmation # and name in the memo. 100% of membership dues go towards maintaining the Hall!
